
Dr. Muniz received advanced training in the restoration or replacement of natural or missing teeth. In particular, she deals with complicated and simple restorations of the whole mouth, which includes a variety of procedures such as crowns, veneers, implant crowns, bridges, and complete or partial dentures.
She received her certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics from the UCLA School of Dentistry after obtaining her D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Muniz is also a former dental hygienist, earning her B.S.D.H. degree from Northeastern University and the Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists. In addition, she received her A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene and A.S. degree in Math and Science from Orange County Community College.
Academically, Dr. Muniz is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and a frequent national lecturer. Memberships include the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, American College of Prosthodontists, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Education Association.
Outside of the office, she enjoys include traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and pets.
